I had a very unpleasant experience here in June. I saw Sada and she didn't even introduce herself, just walked over and said okay what are we doing. Then proceeded to try to convince me to go blonde after i said no multiple times and wanted to go darker. As a new client this immediately rubbed me the wrong way. Aren't you here to make me happy, not impose what you wish you could do to my hair on me? Made multiple comments about it throughout our appointment. She did eventually do the color I wanted but didn't clean it off my hairline / skin at all so when i got home i had dark brown dye stains along my forehead, around my ears / side burns & neck. also i asked for my bangs to be long enough to tuck behind my ears and she cut them very short i couldn't tuck them back for 2 months. layers were extremely choppy and uneven. as a level 5 im shocked with how bad this service was. go to anyone or anywhere else
